Crispy dough pizza with cheese-sour cream-salami topping.
Recipe Ingredients
Pasta ingredients:
30 dkg strudel flour (Granny's secret)
1 teaspoon salt
2 dl of water
5 g of dried yeast
Condition ingredients:
20 dkg sour cream
15 dkg cheese
salt
ground white pepper
salami (to taste)
3 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
First pour 1.5 dl of water into the pan of the toaster, then spoon the flour mixed with salt and dried yeast into it. Then start the kneading program and knead the dough. (of course we can mix and knead by hand)
The kneaded dough is then divided into three equal parts, kneaded over and shaped into dumplings. Then place the dough dumplings on a floured tray, then cover with a kitchen towel in a lukewarm place, let us rise for approx. for an hour and a half. (meanwhile, the dough dumplings grow pretty big)
Grate the cheese and mix with the sour cream, salt to taste, and ground pepper.
Spread the leavened dough thinly and then place it on a baking paper sprinkled with olive oil. The dough is then also squirted with olive oil and greased with the cheese-sour cream mixture and then wrapped with salami to taste. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese and sprinkle with a little olive oil.
Place in a preheated oven and bake at medium temperature for 25-30 minutes. (I baked at 180 degrees for 25 minutes with air stirring)
Remove from the oven and slice to taste and serve immediately.
